Viburnum plicatum f. tomentosum Mariesii
A truly spectacular shrub. It is deciduous and hardy. The spreading tiered branches give a wonderful layered effect bedecked with lacy white flowers in late spring. There is great purple autumn colour later on. It is deservedly well known and thrives in sun/part shade. Most soils.
