Caryopteris Clandonensis (dark knight) This fully hardy plant is a must for every garden as it flowers so magnificently. This is a small deciduous shrub with an aromatic presence. It has delicate silvery grey foliage and superb rich dark blue flowers in fluffy clusters in late summer. It thrives in well drained soil and full sun. Looks great in mixed summer borders.
