Abutilon “John Thompson”
This is a highly sought after semi-evergreen shrub. It has rich green palmate leaves & blooms from late spring until the first real frosts. The flowers are yellow dangling bells & absolutely smother the plant. This tropical looking specimen needs sun & well drained soil & a sheltered location. Mulch in winter. Tolerant of low temperatures but will not survive being frozen.
Tips: overwinter inside in cold locations.
